Our office has been in business since 1995, with its head office in Ilmenau. We have also successfully operated a branch in Großbreitenbach in southern Thuringia since 2004.

Trade, city, industrial, hotel and residential buildings, whether new buildings, redevelopments or listed buildings, - we offer thoroughly thought-out solutions with minimum investment and operating costs for every building project.  Our largest building project to date involved participating in the construction of the new trade fair building in Stuttgart (the largest building site in Germany in 2005/2006).

A large number of positive letters of recommendation attest to our work to date. Our high quality is also reflected in the fact that since the establishment of our enterprise we have never had to make use of our liability insurance.

There are two certified health safety and environment co-ordinators (SIGEKO in German) who are responsible for all safety questions and for ensuring compliance with legal safety regulations - you would like this on your building site too!

About Steffen Lier

steffen lierAs I was myself active in the mercantile marine for several years, a passion for the sea is my constant companion.
For this reason, I organize sailing trips each year. We usually go sailing in the Baltic Sea as well as in the Adriatic. I have made many firm friends and business relationships on these trips over the years.

My enthusiasm for the sea is also reflected in my collaboration with the Ilmenau Arnstadt Maritime Association, in which I work with over the entire year as its first chairman. The Ilmenau Arnstadt Maritime Association is an association of former sailors brought together by their maritime background and an interest in navigation.

A love for old sailing ships is also an important part of my private life. For this reason, I am also a member of the Maintal Friends of Windjammers Association.
